Admissions Online

Welcome to Naperville Christian Academy and thank you for your interest.

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their child's admission.  A non-refundable fee of $100 for preschool and $260 for K - 12th must be submitted with the application.  (Additional applications in the same school year have a reduced fee of $50 for preschool and $160 for K - 12th.)   Applications will not be processed until they are complete and the fee is paid.

Children must be 3 years old and potty trained no later than September 1 to apply for Preschool.
Children must be 5 years old no later than September 1 to apply for Kindergarten.

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Naperville Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School. NCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school-administered programs. NCA reserves the right to deny admission to a student if his or her ability, behavior, or emotional development indicates that he or she could not be best served by our school program. Testing for readiness for the student's entrance is required before acceptance. We also reserve the right to deny admission to any family whose beliefs and lifestyle are not in harmony with the stated philosophy and purpose of the school. The Admissions Committee seeks to make each admission decision based on what is best for the child and for NCA.

Disability Policy

Naperville Christian Academy does not currently have the resources to provide educational services to students with learning disabilities or behavioral issues. If a learning disability is diagnosed after admission to NCA, the student will continue to be required to meet the same academic and behavioral standards as appropriate to his or her grade level, and will continue to receive the same amount of individual instruction as his or her classmates.
